Rowpath is a local-first macOS application. The app is designed to open, analyze, transform, validate, and export files on your device.
Local processing
Rowpath processes supported files locally on your Mac. Your datasets, Working Views, SQL queries, workflows, and exports are not uploaded to Rowpath servers for processing.
Files you choose
Rowpath only works with files and folders you choose through macOS file access controls. If you save workflows that refer to files or folders, Rowpath may store security-scoped access information so those workflows can run again with your permission.
Data storage
Rowpath may create local optimized caches, Working View backing files, result history, workflow definitions, and export metadata on your Mac to improve performance and support repeatable workflows. These files remain local to your device unless you choose to move, share, sync, or export them.
No tracking by default
Rowpath does not include third-party analytics or advertising trackers in this website or app unless explicitly added later and disclosed here.
Purchases
If Rowpath is distributed through the Mac App Store, purchases and licensing are handled by Apple. Rowpath does not receive your full payment card details.
Support requests
If users contact support, they may choose to include logs, screenshots, sample data, or files. They should avoid sending sensitive data unless needed. Any information they send is used only to respond to the support request.
Changes
This privacy policy may be updated as Rowpath evolves.
